Step 1. Complimentary Meet & Greet
This free consultation gives us an opportunity for you to present your health concerns and discover what treatment options are available. This can be done in person or over the phone. 15 min.
Step 2. Initial Consultation
This visit is largely about information gathering. We will go through your concerns and evaluate your current health status. Family history, past medical history, diet, lifestyle, and stress management will be discussed. After a short physical exam, we will create the first step of your treatment plan. Please bring any previous laboratory results from your healthcare providers within the last year (not mandatory, but helpful if you have them).
Step 3. Follow Up Visits
These visits are to check in, to follow up on progress and to move on to the next steps of the treatment plan. These visits can also include acupuncture treatments.

Naturopathic visits are covered by most Extended Healthcare plans.
Naturopathic Doctors are highly trained medical professionals with 8 years of post-secondary education and over 1200 hours of clinical experience before graduation. They are trained in the standard medical courses including pharmacology, immunology, pathology and anatomy. In addition, Naturopathic Doctors have extensive training in nutrition, botanical medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and drug-herb interactions.
