Food can be complicated. Food sensitivity testing can make it easier. There’s a diet for every health condition and every health goal, but how do you know which to follow? Maybe eliminating junk foods has helped with your symptoms, but what about all the foods you’d otherwise consider HEALTHY? Can they be part of your concerns?
Food sensitivity testing targets 120-200 foods and their effects on YOUR immune system. This involves a blood test and creates and INDIVIDUALIZED TEST RESULT for you.
Based on the results and your initial symptoms, Dr. Krysten DeSouza will make recommendations to eliminate certain foods for at least 4 weeks. She will walk you through the process of eliminating foods and finding suitable alternatives to help you meal prep. These diet changes are not meant to be forever, but to give the body a chance to repair the digestive tract. The foods are then introduced back into the diet, one at a time in order to discover exactly what symptoms (if any) are caused.
